Two teens dead, three injured in a crash east of Austin. The dead kids weren't belted. The survivors were. There was a lot going against these kids: icy roads, 6 teens in a car, driving at midnight. But if they had all been belted, they may all have survived.

Very sad. I look back to when I was that age and we were no different. Nobody wore seatbelts. How lucky we were. How little we knew.
